In March, 2018, the Shack presents:
Chris Rhodnrijs is a singer-songwriter, guitarist from Sydney. He has played extensively within Australia and the United Kingdom, including the National, Illawarra and Tamworth festivals. Having been described as "one of the guitar finds of the decade" by the 1990's Tamworth press, he has returned with a collection of deeply personal, evocative and confronting songs on a powerful and recently acclaimed new album 'You Can Go Home Now'.

Chris received the following praise from Michael Smith of Rhythms Magazine (Jan, 2018) for his album: His supple prowess on the guitar is beautifully showcased... he has a lot to say - but the messages are never forced. It's up to the listener to engage or dance along.
You may have caught Master Tiger at last year's Northern Beaches Music Festival. The beginnings of Master Tiger were in 2007 when two boys from Sydney started composing original folk tunes on guitar. Over the years Master Tiger has carved itself out a sweeter alternative sound. The indie-folk styling has evolved with textured string arrangements of cello and violin and further spices of piano, harmonica and tin whistle. Master Tiger have performed in many Sydney venues and have an EP 'Closed down cinema' plus a debut album released last year, 'So Long, Voyager'.
