The SPASM  Band

The Shack's own Rhonda Mawer teams with the talents of Andy George and Graham Vick to liven up the joint with goodtime music and an irreverent take on the world. These accomplished singers and musicians, all of whom have played in a variety of bands over the years, deliver a diverse combination of jug, blues and folk

Bad Kitty and the Alley Cats are an acoustic trio who relish their rehearsal time to craft unique arrangements of their favourite folk, funk, pop & jazz covers and originals. Sue’s velvet contralto is the centre of their universe, and Andrew is forever chasing the perfect guitar inversion, while Pierre adds masterful musicianship and a sensitive sense of harmony. Their music grew out of the 60's and 70's music explosion of love and peace, when we realised that we needed to "get together and love one another" and they have an ever expanding eclectic set list.   Visit their facebook page.

Academy Award winner Ben Osmo is an accomplished film and TV production sound mixer. He has travelled the world recording sound on location on feature films including Mad Max Fury Road, Strictly Ballroom and Babe.

Whichever exotic location he may be working in, Ben always packs his flute and guitar, along with his sound equipment.  His songs reflect the people, places and experiences he has encountered along his way, with heartfelt rhythmic melodies and an acoustic jazz/blues influence.
